Vegetarian or Vegan recipes are becoming more and more popular around the globe with more scientific studies showing the importance of vegetables and fruits to the body and the side effects of high consumption of animal produce.
I am neither a vegetarian nor a vegan, but my kitchen, the Lebanese traditional kitchen has a lot of vegan recipes that I would love to share with you, along with hundreds of recipes that I created during my 25 years of experience as a corporate chef.
My work is my passion and I want to transmit to you this pleasure by easy and fun videos that me and my wife have created Being a meditative art teacher, Maria, my wife, likes to put her touch of relaxation whenever she goes, even in the cooking videos she edits. She thinks that the more fun and light a video is, the more the idea will be transmitted to the public.
